Acting on behalf of Lear Corporation AP Commercial have acquired a new production facility at The Rivet, Waterman Rd (off Red Lane), Coventry. This is a 222,600 sq ft new building. The building has the following:

• Situated on a site of 12.23 acres
• 40% site cover
• 21,565 sq ft of fully fitted grade A offices on three floors
• 10 metres to eaves
• 22 loading docks with 6 ground floor doors from a 40 metre yard
